Invitrogen sets third quarter earnings release date

Invitrogen has announced it will release data on its third quarter earnings on Tuesday, October 21st.

The release will take place after the end of market trading.

After the information is made available, senior management from the company will hold a live webcast at 16:30 EDT to discuss the business and financial results in greater detail.

"The webcast can be accessed on Invitrogen’s Web site at www.invitrogen.com on the Investor Relations home page.

"Alternatively, callers may listen to the live conference call by dialing 800 299 0433 (USA) or 617 801 9712 (international) and use passcode 595 903 28," the company explains.

The management webcast will be available on the firm’s website until Tuesday, November 11th.

In recent days, Invitrogen announced the completion of syndication of the financing pertaining to its proposed acquisition of Applied Biosystems – which was announced on June 12th – and noted it was in line with expected terms.
