| Mobilis 'to donate to Breakthrough Breast Cancer' | Posted on 26/09/2008 in Pharmacy Supplier News Mobilis Healthcare has announced it is to donate proceeds from its Vulkan Pink range to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the firm will give 25 per cent of the proceeds from sales of these products to the charity.
This includes special editions of the supports for the ankle, elbow, knee and wrist.
"When your patients are in need of an effective support, by recommending a Vulkan Pink support," the company said.
It added pharmacies selling these items will be helping to fund breast cancer research, while also helping their patients.
Mobilis reported a number of breast cancer statistics, noting it accounts for one in every three cases of cancer in women, with over 46,000 women and 300 men diagnosed with the disease every year.
Breakthrough Breast Cancer has announced next month's Inspiration Awards for Women which will take place on October 7th at Cadogan Hall, hosted by June Sarpong.Other news stories from 26/09/2008
