Otsuka Pharmaceuticals has completed and returned its 363s annual return form. In it the company restated its address and director details and noted its share issue of 14,760,000 shares – each of a nominal value of one pound. The Otsuka group incorporates 106 companies with around 33,000 employees worldwide.
