The firm has announced the establishment of a product marketing department to consolidate drug development, pre-launch market research, strategic planning and evaluation of in-licensing candidates.
It also said its old promotion management department would be phased out and a new one established to oversee the advancement of product and market strategy policy, including the management and deployment or resources and operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
“The career development department will be phased out and its various roles will be relegated to departments within the sales and marketing division,” the company said.
