| Radleys launch Heidolph UK | Posted on 13/08/2008 in Scientific Radleys and Heidolph instruments have announced the formation of the latter's UK division to provide local technical, sales and service support for the German manufacturers' range of laboratory equipment.
According to a company statement, Heidolph is a leading provider of reliable, high performance benchtop rotary evaporators, hotplate stirrers and liquid pumps.
Mark Radley, managing director of the firm, said Heidolph has established its self as a market leader in the scientific and research world and he is excited about the expansion into the UK and Ireland.
"Heidolph UK will have access to dedicated personnel for logistics, technical support, servicing and sales in order to provide high quality support to end-users and distributors," he added.
The Heidolph Group was founded 65 years ago and today employs about 400 people worldwide.
Bill and Iris Radley formed the company in 1963 when they set-up a glassblowing workshop in Epping, Essex.
The firm has since expanded and now claims to be a niche supplier of laboratory equipment focusing on its own areas of expertise enabling the business to add benefits to the products and services it offers.
