GRI has launched a new quantitative analysis for fluorescent and chemiluminescent western blots.
The new FluorChem Q, from Alpha Innotech, claims to offer users flexiblility for visualising and quantifying a wide variety of samples from different sources.
A company statement said: "Imaging is made easy by Alpha Innotech’s protocol driven interface.
"Users rapidly switch from single channel to multi channel fluorescence or chemi-imaging by selecting a pre-configured protocol. This eliminates the need to remember the settings for each imaging type."
The product features a 4.2 megapixel scientific grade camera for publication-ready images, a protocol driven interface that remembers optimal settings required to image assays and AlphaView Q software for analysis of blots and gels.
