Day Lewis Pharmacy publishes good health guide

The Day Lewis Pharmacy has noted that many Britons look to break with their bad habits and become healthier as the winter ends and spring begins.
It has urged such people to call in at its branches for advice and published a few tips on how the public can improve their health in the meantime.
The pharmacy chain suggested those trying to shed pounds consume a high fibre diet each day as this will fill them up and give them a lot of energy.
It called upon Britons to maintain a healthy weight, moderate their drinking and ensure they are adequately active, highlighting research which suggests just half an hour of moderate activity a day can improve health.
Furthermore, stopping smoking is an essential aspect of becoming healthier and there are many products available over the counter which can help, the Day Lewis statement continued.
"Products can help you to quit by easing the nicotine withdrawal symptoms, such as cravings and mood changes, while you break your smoking habits and learn new ways to cope," it added.
The NHS notes that smokers who want to quit are more than four times more likely to succeed if they seek support and use cessation medicines to manage their cravings.
