AAH Pharmaceuticals parts with directors

22nd January 2008

AAH Pharmaceuticals has announced that managing and finance directors Steven Dunn and Ian Davidson have left its employ.

It has stated that Mark James will act as interim managing director until a further appointment is made, probably next week.

Once the managing director role has been settled, a substantive finance director will also be selected, AAH Pharmaceuticals continued.

“AAH wants to reassure its customers that it is business as usual: they will continue to receive the same high levels of service and support which they are accustomed to,” the company reassured, adding that commercial relationships will not change.

The supplier operates from 20 British locations and has almost 4,000 employees. It is the country’s biggest pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Recently, AAH Pharmaceuticals launched an electronic proof of delivery scheme across the UK, which it reports offers pharmacists “vastly improved” client support and greater peace of mind.

It means that all deliveries are scanned and signed for at a customer’s premises, tightening controls during the delivery process.
