Thermo Fisher Scientific has announced the launch of an online demonstration to allow consumers to become aware of the features of the firm's S Series Atomic Absorption (AA) spectrometers.
Offering a complete overview of the instrument's design, accompanying accessories and Thermo Scientific's SOLAAR software, the virtual tool focuses on six key benefits of the S Series AA spectrometers including ease-of-use, application configuration and regulatory compliance.
Making use of real-time video footage to display the features of the spectrometers, the demonstration provides step-by-step navigation of SOLAAR software programmes and a list of accessories that are compatible with the instruments.
According to the company, the spectrometers have the smallest footprint of any tool in their class, low running costs, auto-optimisation with PC controls and feature the Intelligent Spectrometer Qualification to reduce the need for sample reruns.
Earlier this month, Thermo Fisher Scientific announced the web-enablement of its laboratory information management systems by using software from Microsoft.
