ROLE: Territory Manager

TERRITORY: CM0, CM16, CO1, E1, IG1, RM1, SG1, SS0
PRODUCTS: Urology: Bladder dysfunction - 'LoFric' Catheter product range

"" To be the customer's expert on Wellspect Healthcare bladder and bowel products and services- Intermittent self catheterisation and Transanal irrigation
" Promotes and sells bladder and bowel products manufactured by Wellspect Healthcare.
" Understand the prescription process for dispensing appliance contracters and to follow industry guidelines
" Create sales in an ethical manner
" Responsible for identifying and implementing potential new business, following through the sales process
" Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
" Call on new and existing customers, both pre-arranged and speculatively, to inform of products, services and clinical studies conducted with Wellspect bladder and bowel products. Using selling skills to identify individual customer needs.
" Maintains existing customer's use of Wellspect HealthCare products.
" Discusses use and effect of products, using detail aids, literature and promotional materials
" Presents and promotes products and their applications to groups of customers on a regular basis
" Attends exhibitions and company meetings as required
" To comply with all company and information governance requirements
" Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
" Complete regular reports of a) planned activity, b) actual activity in CRM system on a daily basis
" Complete business expenses on a monthly basis
" Manage territory budget requirements in a time and cost effective manner
" Maintain professional behavior in all business settings: teleconferences, sales meeting, face to face communication, etc.

" Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
" Clear thinker - ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management.
" Able to analyse business information such as IMS data and Select reports to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve KPI targets on a monthly/cycle basis.
" Able to apply PSS principles to all sales dialogues.
" Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM.
" Presentations skills, the ability to communicate well to any audience.
" Confident, articulate with the ability to resolve conflict.
" Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities.
" Flexible to cover large geographical territory noted
" Self starter

" Travel abroad - ad hoc to Europe
" Overnight stays - approx. 20 per year (attendance at conference/sales meetings)
