Clinical Nurse Educator

Territory - North or South

Products: Critical Care products, Infusion and Monitoring systems.
Infusion pumps and their associated sets and consumables along with safety CLAVE™ needle-free access devices, Effect IV™ disinfectant needle-free port protectors, gravity IV administration sets, Supercath™/Abbocath-T™ IV catheters and Butterfly™ cannulas as well as our range of Receptal™ suction products.

Customers - Critical Care Depts, Nurses, Procurement

Reporting to the Marketing and Clinical Manager, the Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for supporting and training the ICU Medical Sales Teams and internal and external customers on ICU Medical products within the portfolio

The key tasks and activities associated with achieving key accountabilities:

" Training large numbers of nursing and medical staff on ICU Medical Devices.
" Administration and monthly reporting.
" Time Management to ensure best use of training resource.
" Plan training schedules in conjunction with the Device Team Strategy.
" Plan and carry out training sessions with all relevant hospital and internal personnel on ICU Medical Devices.
" Involvement in the introduction to all clinical discussions and understandings to assist in the formulation of the Commercial Plans.
" Clinical support for customer device evaluations and installations.
" To complete all internal training requirements with ICU Medical Sales Team.
" Clinical support at national conferences and a keen interest in relevant clinical practice.
" Clinical account management and relationship building.
