Field Service Engineer - Particle Counting / Flow Cytometry
Location - Cork and Dublin areas, Ireland

The successful applicant will be supporting the entire Liquid/Air Particle range and Flow Cytometry products predominately in the Cork and Dublin areas to allow easy access to customers within the region, with occasional requests to travel to the West coast area.

This position will be instrumental in providing a high level of support, requiring close interaction with the customer and colleagues to maintain a quality service.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the customer
· Achieve departmental goals and objectives to meet the Company's operational plan
· Good documentation skills for calibration work provided to customers
· Work closely with other internal departments to build relationships that results in timely implementation, installation and pro-live support
· Ensure Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed in the specified time frames
· Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and receipts
· Contribute to an environment where quality is perceived as a culture
· Maintain an accurate record of boot stock

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

· A minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject
· Minimum of 2 years Field Service experience
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels
· Proven track record in a technical service organisation with customer focus being key
· IT literate
· Full driving licence
