JOB TITLE: Field Technical Manager (Clinical Specialist)

LOCATION: Brighton, Hastings

PRODUCTS: Trauma

ROLE:
Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques; primarily in a theatre setting:
- Supporting existing customers
- Training existing customers on new products
- Training new customers
To provide coaching and training and technical advice to the sales force on the use of the company's products as well as anatomy, pathology and procedural technique.
Maintain up-to-date and complete records of customers and activity on the company's CRM system.
Supporting customers with activities relating to the management of the company's stock and equipment including consignment inventory, loan kits, ordering patterns.

Person Profile

Extensive theatre experience essential.

Experience of working closely with surgeons and theatre staff.

Previous experience of orthopaedic procedures and products desirable.

Previous experience of teaching or training desirable.
