Our success has led to continued expansion in both the range of services we offer and our global presence. We are now looking for talented and enthusiastic Senior Account Managers/Account Directors to join our team in London.

As Senior Account Manager/Account Director you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects. The role would suit a candidate who enjoys multi-tasking and is motivated to drive and develop the business. Using your project management / leadership skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including scientific and strategic consultation, publications planning for new and existing drug therapies, satellite symposia, international conferences and medical education projects in both web and multimedia formats. You will research information from a variety of sources in order to provide expertise in therapy area(s) and product(s) and, as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.

Person Profile

To succeed, you must have:-

BSc in life sciences, ideally combined with a PhD or MSc
Over 5 years experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment
Proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management
Experienced in developing strategic communication plans and programmes
Good financial understanding and experience with budgeting
A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills
