Reports to:
- Head of Dental and Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

Sales
- To drive sales in Ireland becoming the "face of TePe" via dental practice visits and
pharmacy visits. Sales to be driven by quarterly campaigns introduced into the
marketplace. To grow sales in the Ireland marketplace in line with budgets and targets.
- To drive transfer orders via the wholesale channel in Ireland and maintain good day to
day relationships with these key customers under direction from Head Of Pharmacy and
Dental
- To create and follow journey plans and develop a good understanding of the key dental
practices and pharmacies throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. To
ensure that TePe brand is driven in Ireland through completing set number of practice
and pharmacy visits.
- To be the "face of TePe" through dental practice visits, lunch and learn visits and
pharmacy training, increasing distribution and recommendation of the TePe product
range.
- To work with practices and pharmacies within the allocated territory on campaigns to
increase stock holding, product distribution and promotional sales

Financial
- Achieve targets as set by UK Sales Manager
- Develop accurate forecasts for sales and budgets for Ireland territory

General
- Undertake Specific projects as directed by the Head of Dental and Pharmacy Sales
- Produce sales reports as required on promotional take up and performance in set market
- Accurate and consistent completion of CRM system plus other administration in line with
normal expectations of a field sales role
- Attendance at lunch and learns for practices as and when required.
- Attendance at Trade Shows and educational meetings and events as and when required

Person Profile

- Experienced Field Sales person with knowledge on territory planning, account planning,
promotions and merchandising
- Ability to develop close relationships with large numbers of customers and to represent
the TePe values and culture in all interactions with customers
- Ability to educate pharmacies and dental practices in technical products plus ability to
recommend and promote communication skills in practices and pharmacies
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under own responsibility. Ability to fit into the TePe
team and culture
- Ability to understand financial responsibilities of the role
- Ability to develop into full responsibility for the territory including management of Key
Wholesale customers
- Numerate, excellent presenter and highly motivated to drive own destiny in a new role.
- Experience in selling healthcare or other technical products preferred
- Knowledge of market preferred
- Ability to travel throughout territory essential
- High Level of emotional intelligence
