Field Technical Manager

LOCATION: East Anglia

PRODUCTS: Orthopaedics Reconstruction - joint replacement systems for knees, hips and shoulders

ROLE:
Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques; primarily in a theatre setting:
- Supporting existing customers
- Training existing customers on new products
- Training new customers
To provide coaching and training and technical advice to the sales force on the use of the company's products as well as anatomy, pathology and procedural technique.
Maintain up-to-date and complete records of customers and activity on the company's CRM system.
Supporting customers with activities relating to the management of the company's stock and equipment including consignment inventory, loan kits, ordering patterns.

Person Profile

Education Relevant professional qualification or undergraduate degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications Registered Theatre Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
Experience NHS or equivalent clinical experience required
Theatre experience essential Band 5 - 6 NHS Theatre Nurse or equivalent
Competencies Self-motivated, strong communication and organisational skills.
