ROLE: Growth Performance Field Coach

Role Description
We are looking for a Growth Performance Field Coach to further accelerate brand growth
through development of field sales role capabilities across our Region 4 Territory – London &
Home Counties.
This role will support, develop and engage field sales colleagues and field leaders, through high quality coaching and training, to ensure capabilities & attitudes for continuous performance
improvement. In this role you will collaborate with marketing, global commercial operations and regional field leaders to develop field force capabilities to achieve brand leadership, to ensure excellent field force implementation of brand strategies.

- Provide sales capability coaching for field colleagues, to support the Leadership Team in
maximising impact of customer-facing sales roles
- Provide capability coaching for the trainers to ensure an aligned coaching approach across the UK
- Develop, monitor & evolve field sales capability plan, based on breadth & depth of insight
- Engage with Global Commercial Operation and the marketing leadership teams, to ensure the development of industry leading coaching capabilities across all field roles
- Ensure outstanding execution of brand strategies & customer plans at a local & regional level, to deliver business goals through continuous improvement of field force selling skills.
- Regular engagement with Leadership Team, to provide early feedback on successes & areas for development
- Reward & recognise success & expertise within the field sales team, in line with our OWNIT
- Development/retain talent & contribute to Talent Management discussion within Regions

Person Profile

- Strong Analysis Skills in order to build an appripriate picture of training needs
- Strong experience in coaching, training and performance development with the objective of driving performance.
- Collaborative working skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate structure and role responsibilities.
