Supporting and working alongside the Business Manager, Business Development and recruitment delivery team. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting data in a variety of formats. The scope of your research will be with the delivery team and the clients to market their vacancies in the most effective way possible to secure the revenue for the team.

Daily, you might be tasked with interviewing and sourcing employees, both existing and potential. Analysing competitors, products and keeping your ears to the ground on what’s happening in the relevant markets. Reacting to market intelligence and sharing with the team so that the team can maximise opportunities and gain a competitive edge over Zenopa competitors.

Researching, of course, would be your main duty. If you were starting a research project for a client, for example, you might start with creating a strategy, then move onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered ensuring its absolute accuracy. Awareness of where to source and network candidates will be vital for securing clients and enhance recruitment conversion rates.

As a research consultant, the invaluable information you provide the team will help them to make informed decisions. Attending exhibitions and networking events to broaden your knowledge and engage with industry specific talent. Utilising all of the tools within Quartz at all times.
(within the team dynamics, there may be a requirement to carry out other functions)

RETAINED ASSIGNMENT DELIVERY
The ability to independently and successfully deliver Full and Targeted assignments, and to deliver other Research products such as Mapping.

This is to encompass all stages of the assignment process from briefing through to shortlist including:

Research documentation (reports, delivery forms etc)
Market Mapping
Target list
Candidate Identification
Candidate Approach
Database Housekeeping
Identification of the most relevant candidate/s
Consistently adhere to assignment timescales
Consistently deliver high quality documentation
Attend client meetings, with the Account Manager, to support and advise on the candidate market

CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT & SERVICE EXCELLENCE :
The ability to develop long-term candidate relationships, with target candidates, through delivering a consistently high level of service to support long-term repeat business.

Communication to be: personable, personalised, professional (verbal and written) to candidates.
Build fully detailed candidate databases within specific segments.
Ability to manage candidate delivery of Applications within timescales
Ability to deliver feedback (positive or negative) to candidates

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: (not an exhaustive list)

Conducting Candidate Searches via the web
Proactive maintaining the Quartz database
Response Handling / Telephone Screening
Lead Generation, both candidate referrals and company/client intelligence
Candidate quality checks, including telephone, video and face to face screening.
Candidate communications
Creating market intelligence reports on candidates



Job Package

£20-£25,000
