Person Profile	Background required : " Qualified Optometrist / Contact Lens Optician OR highly experienced Medical Sales Professional with minimum 5 years professional experience and a strong track record of achievement. " Excellent interpersonal and commercial aptitude to facilitate long term business relationships. " Strong written and oral communication skills. " Strong team player with an excellent work ethic. " Experience of healthcare sector (Medical devices, pharma). " Some knowledge and understanding of the selling process Competencies Required " Self starter with confidence and tenacity to drive forward projects, even in the face of adversity. " Consultative sales skills with ability to coach customers " Excellent communication skills. " Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel. " Good relationship management skills and a good team player. " Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit Qualification " Bachelors degree - Optometrist / Contact lens Optician or business related field. Preferred " Experience of sales in Medical Devices
Job Package	Competetive salary & benefits package Bonus target for each role is 15% - this is based on individual & company performance, in addition you will be eligible for a Company car, plus BUPA, pension, etc.
