Job Description	Role: Training Manager - Renal & Neurology and ELearning Location: Maidenhead, Berks Coordinate and run induction training for designated franchises. Produce and get approval as required for all supporting leaders guides and materials. Provide support to designated franchise in the form of other training, e.g. new campaign support, conference etc. Work with brand team in the identification of behavioural training outcomes that will support brand plan execution Support growth planning within division and work with other TMs and HoT to develop and deliver training identified Plan courses on a yearly basis, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines. Communicate and work with sales management and HR with regards to performance appraisal of training course delegates. Evaluate the positive transfer of training. Act as the UK point of contact and coordinator, for the UK implementation of the Area ELearning strategy
Person Profile	Healthcare related sales experience having demonstrated achievements in sales. ABPI exam or be willing to work towards this within 3 months of role commencement (If not already in Pharma role, or outside UK recruit) Prior Training experience at Training Officer level. Show potential to be innovative and creative in approach to both the design and delivery of training programmes. Possess Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to support and motivate individuals through challenging training programmes. Demonstrate good coaching and counselling skills. Able to plan and manage large training projects, and possess the drive to see projects through to completion. Able to demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility.
