Job Description	Title - Nurse Manager Stoma care Location - North or South - depending on where the successful candidate lives Description - Co-ordinate the delivery of an ethical and professional stoma care service to patients within NMC/RCN (Irish Nursing Board) and company guidelines. To recruit and manage the team of clinical nurse specialists in stoma care to deliver the service Work with the Ostomy Care Regional Managers to jointly implement strategies in Key Accounts that will develop Coloplast business Monitor working practices to ensure collaboration between members of the acute/community health care teams achieving continuity, cohesion and consistency in stoma care Monitor the provision of an expert level of professional and clinical care utilising evidence based practice To act as a resource in providing expert information and advice to patients, carers, public and professional agencies as appropriate To develop and implement an Annual Business Plan To work with Sales & Marketing Teams in Coloplast and key external customers to develop the Coloplast Ostomy Nursing Service To keep up to date with trends/changes in the NHS to ensure the Coloplast strategy continues to meet customer needs. Monitor weekly activity data/monthly report received from team members Co-ordinate service audit/evaluation activities in order to monitor standards, maintain service provision and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain professional portfolio in accordance with NMC requirements Take responsibility for keeping up-to-date with clinical developments within speciality and disseminate information to colleagues Ensure CQC registration is maintained and all requirements contained within continue to be met including following of protocols and policies Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization
