Job Description	Role: Field Sales Coach Location: South Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Coach to work with the Business Manager to deliver high quality, impactful and motivational field training. This will be done through Field Visits, Regional Meetings, one to one coaching and inspirational training sessions to guarantee the delivery of company targets. Working closely with the Sector Business Manager, the Marketing and Training Manager, you will ensure that the clinical, market and customer knowledge is of a high standard whilst identifying key areas of individual and regional sales team�s development.
Person Profile	Ideally you will be ABPI qualified with a wealth of experience as a successful sales account manager. It is crucial that you have a sound knowledge of the NHS pharmaceuticals market with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You should be an excellent communicator, able to engage people on all levels. It will also be part of your role to travel regularly, including over night stays.
