Job Description ROLE: Direct Campaign Planner

LOCATION: Head Offices.

PRODUCTS: Advanced Wound Devices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, develop and manage direct marketing campaigns and communications in line with the agreed brand plans both digital and off-line.

- Work closely with colleagues in the Marketing Team to evaluate the campaign's success, using this insight to shape future campaign planning and development.

- Manage the maintenance of records for each campaign including ensuring Campaign Specifications are set-up accurately and within appropriate timelines and compliance filing requirements are met.

- Ensure all communications reflect appropriate brand values and guidelines to retain, cross-sell and up-sell to the customer base.

- Ensure that campaign activity is delivered in line with current approved working processes.

- Manage relationships with external third parties when necessary to ensure campaigns are planned and developed successfully, within timescale and budget constraints.

- Plan the optimal ROI for direct communication tools.

- Prioritise campaigns and team schedule in line with wider business priorities.

- Manage internal communication processes to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of activities.
