| Job Description |
Territory: North West: Wigan, Lancashire (Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool), Cumbria
Products: Wound care/ Tissue Viability including Tegaderm IV, Tegaderm Foam, Cavilon and Coban 2LCS to both Hosipital and Community markets
Clients: Clinical nurse specialists, practice development, procurement departments and other key decision makers in acute and primary care trusts.
Job Responsibilities:
To promote a number of specified skin health products to both the hospital and community markets.
To build good working relationships with key decision makers / customers in various different positions within the territory. Develop a clear understanding of the roles each of these key people have within the structure & organisation they work in.
To keep up to date with the latest clinical trends and product developments within the related clinical areas, and report back through the appropriate channels any significant changes that could affect the territory/business in the future.
To develop territory plans outlining business objectives in order to meet CIP requirements.
To complete and submit a monthly territory report to RSM, and keep customer informatiuon system (RADAR) up to date at all times.
Organise and attend exhibitions, customer study days, educational days, lunchtime meetings and any other of these types of events requested either by our customers or organised by 3M.
To support customers with product education and training as required
Manage a budget for Exhibitions/study days/lunctime meetings etc within an agreed limit.
Work closely with the other support functions in Skin Health (administration, marketing, professional services etc) to help create an environment of mutual respect, trust and openess.

| Person Profile |
2:1 University degree desirable
Sales experience within the medical markets field and an understanding of the NHS is preferable but not essential; field sales experience and success is.
Special skills:
Selling skills, self-starter / motivator, enthusiasm, ability to work on own initiative, territory planning, well organised and team player.
