Role: Senior Account Executive or Account Manager Location: London
The main responsibilities will include the following:
" Expert on the brand logistics, market landscape. Owns the agency process " Leads meetings and contributes strategically not only in tactics but also brand positioning, and marketing plans " First line manager or mentor. Responsible for direct management of account staff and for 'leading' the integrated team through diplomacy and influencing skills
Brand/Market/ Agency Knowledge " Demonstrates and applies extensive and expert knowledge of assigned brands " Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of advice for therapeutic area " Actively recommends and implements strategic & non-traditional solutions to process problems " Demonstrates ability to think proactively about brand strategy and lifecycle management " Provides strategic recommendations proactively to client " Ensures team adherence to agency process. Identifies issues and leads problem resolution
Client Relations/ Communication Skills " Communicates clearly and frequently with client counterpart(s) " Handles client objections well and defends agency position " Presents complex data or messages in clear, succinct, compelling manner to clients " Lead role in ensuring timely, accurate client documentation & correspondence " Compelling presentation skills " Responsible for keeping senior management briefed on account activities
