Role:Sales Training and Capability Manager Location: Basingstoke
Head Office based
Accountable for key capability strategies across UK Business Units and customer facing teams. To define the overall strategy for Selling, Business Ownership capabilities in partnership with Sales, marketing, training and leadership teams.
Accountable for new starter and established representative curriculum. Accountable for linkage of Business Ownership to technology (IT/CRM) capabilities. Responsible for oversight of overall curriculum approach to the various Business Units through partnership with BU capabilities and training consultants. |
