Role: Group Brand Manager
Location: Berkshire
A group Brand Manger for Rheumatology the largest indication for a leading pharmaceutical product.
3 Direct reports: 1 Senior Brand Manager and 2 Associate Brand Manager
You will be the driver for the brand from a marketing prospective and act as the lead marketer on the core brand team.
You will have experience in working in a matrix environment.
This well know product is at a Mid Stage in its PLC so you will be a competent marketer who understands what it takes to manage a big brand through this stage. You will be focused on market trends and how to develop the brand to match these.

Person ProfileEssential:
Solid background in marketing with some marketing manager experience
Has worked with brands at their mid to late PLC.
Has managed a large marketing budget
Results driven
Desirable
Experience in Rheumatology in particular rheumatoid arthritis
Sales Management experience
