Person Profile	Candidates should ideally have experience in Orthopaedics, failing this, have strong Theatre-based experience. 3 - 4 years experience in a Sales and Marketing function. Commercially focused.

Job Comments	Product Development Manager Based in Redditch Products: Orthopaedics (Spinal disorders and sports injuries) Clients: Hospitals, theatre based, surgeons, procurement Responsibilities: - Initially, the role involves Product Management and development of a new product. This will mean 3 days per week based at the Head Office. As soon as the product has passed the launch and deveopment stage, the role will move into a sales role. You will promote the product initially in the West Midlands area, eventually lending support Nationwide and Internationally. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to use their Marketing and Sales knowledge in a progressive company, with a view to a fast track career programme.
