Key Account Executive - Thrombosis
TERRITORY : North West & West London (Imperial Trust, Ealing, Hillingdon, Northwick Park, Central Middlesex, West Middlesex, Chelsea and Westminster, and Barnet and Chase Farm)
PRODUCT : Innohep (Low Molecular Weight Heparin) Various uses include the prevention of thromboembolic events, including deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing general and orthopaedic surgery.
Customers: Secondary and Primary Care Account/Customer management
To achieve all agreed in market sales measures, SvT, Market Share, Cash Growth, Unit Growth and to effectively manage the business balance within the Innohep formulations across secondary and primary care. Fully implement the agreed marketing plan at territory level. Implement Integrated Care Pathways as appropriate in line with the territory business plan and take responsibility for development of individual PDD.
" Responsible for establishing profitable relationships with key stakeholders within secondary and primary care accounts on behalf of LEO " Data analysis and preparation of effective territory plans in collaboration with RBM and PDM " Fully exploit Salescase KAM module to effectively manage and grow territory sales of Innohep " Create ICP's with appropriate primary care customers " Feedback all relevant MIQ to marketing/medical/sales management " Respond in a timely manner to all requests received for information from marketing/medical/sales management " To fully communicate and cooperate with PDM and other TAM colleagues within region. " To maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation and SOP's relating to role, ie ABPI, employment legislation etc. " To take responsibility for own knowledge relating to product and development of PDD in collaboration with RBM and training team " To maintain company equipment in good order at all times ie, car, laptop, phone, ipad etc. |

Experienced Hospital Specialist with evidence of success in the secondary care environment.
Experience Required : Proven experience of Key Account development and management will be necessary for this role. The successful candidate should have demonstrable skills (and practical experience of) working with D&T committees, Pharmacists etc. in a Secondary Care setting to ensure successful formulary inclusions. Must be able to illustrate use of initiative in identifying business opportunities. SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOSPITALS ON TERRITORY PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
