Location - The Netherlands - Hoofddorp - 40 mins from Amsterdam.
The Product Group Manager develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the marketing and product development strategy for the designated product group in the EMEA region with the aim to meet the sales objectives on the short, mid and long term.
Responsibilities:
DDevelop, implement, monitor and evaluate the marketing and product development strategy (including product direction, pricing, profit plans) and product life cycle for the designated product group. Develop, implement and manage marketing plans and projects within the designated product group for new and existing products including pricing, place and people strategy. Conduct market research in order to determine market requirements and new market opportunities for existing and new products. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Identify new market and business opportunities. Interface with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Coordinate all phases of new product development including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Lead new product launches. Manage and control the Brand Managers, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work allocation, conflict resolution and termination, and oversee all activities for the designated Product Group.
