Person Profile	Successful candidates will have: >significant writing expertise gained in an agency environment (= 2 years). This should include the development of abstracts, posters, primary and secondary manuscripts, and review articles >a good understanding of publication planning and ethical publication practices >experience mentoring less experienced members of an editorial team >excellent writing, budgetary and client/author liaison skills >the confidence to assist in the development of new business when required >enthusiasm for the development of innovative communications solutions >a flexible attitude towards type of work, travel and new learning >a life sciences degree and ideally a PhD >experience in cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, oncology or pharmacoepidemiology (advantageous but not essential).
