The role of the Business Manager to maximise Rental and Sales opportunities for all aspects of Active Healing Solutions within acute and non-acute settings.
The AE has sole responsibility for the Revenue Targets across all aspects of their territory business. Full accountability and responsibility for the Business success in the accounts managed by the AE is essential. It is essential that as a business we secure our business to a model that will deliver volume, commitment and exclusivity for our AHS Portfolio. It is therefore the responsibility of the AE to always be focusing on contract negotiations that can deliver on this model
The Territory shall meet or exceed the agreed revenue targets.
Achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Analyse all business potential on territory.
Deliver a territory business plan and a business plan on all key accounts as agreed with RSM.
Report weekly, factual business development and activities to the Regional Manager.
Report rolling revenue forecast monthly to RSM
Adhere and/or meet all competency standards as per company Standards of Performance
Comply with company SOX and legal procedures.
Deliver Health Economic solutions to key accounts and be competent in the delivery of the company's health economic models.

Qualifications Be educated to A level or equivalent. Be able to demonstrate high levels of literacy and numeracy with qualification in English and Mathematics to GCSE level or equivalent. Business qualifications would be advantageous
