Main purpose of the job:

" Provision of technical and nutritional information and advice to vets, nurses, breeders, stockists and consumers, via telephone, email and letter.
" Responding to sample and literature requests.
" Product quality claims.
" Technical support for sales and marketing teams and field staff.
" Stock control for samples and point of sale material
Key personal attributes:
" Good communication skills
" Positive attitude
" Sense of humour
" Background working in the pet food or veterinary industries
" Interest in pet nutrition (essential)
" Interest in dog and cat breeding (desirable)
