Person Profile	KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: a) Formal Qualifications " GCSE passes (including Maths and English Language); A-level passes. " Bachelor-level degree. b) Experience " Must have experience of complex project stakeholder ownership, preferably in an online or customer-interface/service environment " Must have high level of computer literacy in Window based packages and HTML " High level of organisational, co-ordination and planning role in business arena " Experience of B2B or B2C segmented customer service environment (FMCG, online retailing or similar) c) Special Skills or Knowledge " Excellent communication and analytical skills " Creative " Ability to work well within a team, managing stakeholders effectively for a mutually successful outcome " Prioritising workloads " Managing stakeholders, contractors and suppliers effectively " Budgetary control and monitoring " Familiarity with customer segmentation tools and techniques " Familiarity with the effective use of branding and marketing techniques " Numerate and excellent ability to analyse data
