| Person Profile |
The position reports to a Regional Sales Manager, who in turn reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
The ideal person will have recent hospital/community sales experience on territory. Personnel with sales history in other healthcare disciplines that have involved dealing with the complete supplies chain would be considered.
The ideal person will either have a life science or nursing / medical background
1. Successful field sales background, ideally within a primary/secondary care environment.
2. Live within the Region and accept that a high level of travel is inevitable with periods of time spent away from home.
3. Strong determination to succeed
4. Positive and energetic attitude to work and business
5. Ability to establish strong rapport with customers at both user and specifier level
6. Strong group presentation skills
7. Ability to manage activity whilst maximising market potential
8. Ability to use communication and information technology and techniques
9. Able to analyse sales and market data
10. Ability to digest, analyse and present clinical data to support product portfolio
11. Good Team Player

| Job Package |
o Bonus potential: £3,300 per annum, based on achievement of individual sales targets.
o Lucrative and achievable incentive scheme for over achievement (uncapped).
o Other Urgo Group (Corporate) incentive schemes based on performance (e.g. trip with partner to parent company headquarters in France and weekend away)
o Profit Sharing Bonus (after 6 months' probationary period) based on potential gross earnings (salary and bonus). Payout for the last 2 years has been above 9%.
o Choice of Company car (from VW range or Audi A3) or cash allowance (equivalent to £6,000 per annum). Private fuel is not reimbursed.
o Lap-top and printer.
o Mobile Phone (private calls recharged).
