MAT leave contract, min 6 months possibly longer
TERRITORY : Bedfordshire and Essex
PRODUCT : Innohep (Low Molecular Weight Heparin)
Various uses include the prevention of thromboembolic events, including deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing general and orthopaedic surgery.
new product - Atryn - recombinant human antithrombin for patients with Hereditary antithrombin Deficiency, HD
ROLE : To Promote Leo's critical care product into secondary care. With the changing NHS there will be requirement for contacts with key contacts at PCT / primary care level.
As part of the Critical Care Division, this individual will be one of team across the UK with significant responsibility for the growth and maintainence of Innohep sales in 2ndary Care. This role will also involve Primary Care work as detailed above.

| Person Profile |
Experienced Hospital Specialist with evidence of success in the secondary care environment.
Experience Required : Proven experience of Key Account development and management will be necessary for this role. The successful candidate should have demonstrable skills (and practical experience of) working with D&T committees, Pharmacists etc. in a Secondary Care setting to ensure successful formulary inclusions. Must be able to illustrate use of initiative in identifying business opportunities. SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOSPITALS ON TERRITORY PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
