CRM Manager.
Location: Maidenhead
1 day in Kent / Some European Travel.
Team: Managing a team of 8/9
The CRM manager will be aligned to the Commercial Services Division (CSD) of Abbott International reporting into the CSD Director. The role will be accountable in supporting the following groups UK Commercial sales, UK Commercial marketing, Abbott Nutritional International, Abbott Ireland commercial and UK Business Information. This role will focus on both managing and developing, the CRM suite of products in collaboration with commercial requirements aswell as managing various salesforce support administration activities.
To work with IT and Commercial Snr Management to shape and drive knowledge management strategies within the organization which add value and create efficiencies to commercial processes.
Full line management responsibility of the CRM and Salesforce support team, ensuring appropriate support is provided to deliver optimal customer service.
Ensure the CRM financial budget is proposed and managed effectively, for both the UK and Irish affiliates.
Overseeing the project management (full cycle) activities related to the development of the CRM systems suite ensuring they fall in line with the needs of the commercial divisions. This will apply to both the UK and the Irish affiliates, and covers both sales and marketing.
Working closely with CRM and Salesforce support teams to continually evolve and improve internal processes/methodologies that bring efficiencies in operating practices and customer service.
Manage the partner relationship between third party companies and Abbott (UK & Ireland) ensuring an effective and efficient working practice where SLAs are continuously reviewed and adapted where appropriate.

Skills/Experience Requirements
Commercial experience (sales or marketing), preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or associated industry
Project management experience through the full life cycle
Proven track record in delivering and managing CRM systems
Full line management
Experience of managing third party companies
Degree qualified (or equivalent)
Project management qualification (Prince 2 or equivalent) |
