Territory Manager - Northampton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Cambridge and Ipswich (Post Codes NN, MK, SG, CB and IP only).
Products: Full UCC range (catheters, urine bags, urisheaths and home delivery services)
Customers: Continence Care Advisors, Urology Nurses and Consultants, District Nurses. Primary and Secondary Care
Key Purpose:
Increase sales and market share for Coloplast Continence Care range in the hospital and community markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through driving own performance
2. Grow product portfolio in both primary and secondary care sectors
3. Implement sales and marketing campaigns
4. Develop business plans for the territory in order to achieve maximum results
5. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in order to deliver on agreed results
6. Liaise with key NHS customers across various departments to negotiate continued and increased product usage
7. Accurately analyse a broad range of data to drive territory strategy
8. To promote a 'one company mindset' both internally and externally
9. 'Listening and respond' to deliver high performance
10. Support and embrace the company initiative for constant improvement
11. Demonstrate the Coloplast mission, values and leadership competencies
12. Support the global agenda
Expected traveling days: Expected to stay away for regional and national meetings

Must have:
Level 2 education (BTec, A Levels, etc)
Commercial experience
Min 12 months successful field sales experience
Proven sales results
Desirables:
Degree
Sales experience in market (ideally with key competitors)
