Health Policy Manager - Oncology
Health Policy Manager - Respiratory
Location: Nationwide (Candidates can be based anywhere in UK)
To understand, interpret and influence the policies and priorities of key national accounts and other relevant stakeholders in order to effectively contribute to an effective market access strategy for BI products thereby maximising patient access to our brands.
This role is field based but will require time spent in the head office in Bracknell. We will consider applications from any part of the UK. |
| Person Profile |
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
- Extensive experience of the pharmaceutical industry and/or the NHS.
- Aptitude to develop a high level of relationship with key national and regional accounts/networks.
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking coupled with good planning and organisational skills;
- A knowledge of national customer networks and key individuals;
- Aptitude to develop a high level of therapy area (own brands) and marketplace knowledge, competitor intelligence;
- Knowledge of NHS and private healthcare policies, priorities and organisational structures across the UK;
- Demonstrates enthusiastic and positive approach to their work, a strong team player;

The Assessment Centre comprises of Verbal & Numerical Tests, an Interview with HR and the sales Division and also a Presentation. |
