PRODUCTS: Bariatric Care Beds and Mattresses
CLIENTS: Acute care hospitals, ITU Units, Extended care facilities, Home health providers and Managed care organisations
COMPETITORS: Main competitors are Huntleigh for the low end products and Hill-Rom for the ITU prospective
The Account Manager shall meet or exceed the agreed revenue targets and should report the rolling revenue forecasts monthly.
Report weekly, factual business development and activities to the Regional Manager.
Select and Agree with Regional Manager Target Accounts
Work with customers to develop cost justification arguments to ensure widest possible application of technologies.
Gather and produce a database of potential contacts/customers who are potential users, in close association with Marketing Support.
Assess all new literature, research on products, and recommend how this can be best utilised, via Regional Manager.
" Become acknowledged amongst Customers as having extraordinary levels of knowledge and skill on wound care topics, especially relating to Surfaces.
" Adopt a very practical, pragmatic approach to all Surfaces related opportunities and display first class business acumen to develop stable and profitable revenue streams.
" Identify opportunities for Surfaces to grow and further establish the UK Market. Each Sales person will be responsible for the profitable use of demo stock.
" Gather Surfaces experiences that should be communicated to a wider audience and reported for that purpose.
" Be a conduit for information on Surfaces enhancements for internal and external customers.
" Support clinical staff and patients as and when necessary in their designated areas.
" Work in a mature and dependable manner with fellow KCI associates to the overall benefit of the company.
" Marketing Support:
o Co-ordination of exhibition plan with Regional Manager and Marketing Manager, both Territory specific and Regional
o Identify and justify other marketing opportunities e.g. Advertising, Mailing, Literature, Clinical Study Results, Sales Premiums
o Coordinate sponsorship requests, and makes recommendations for approval by Regional Manager
o Head Office / Service Center Visit co-ordination, with specific reference to business growth
