Person Profile	The person must have a marketing qualification or at least 3 years' working knowledge of marketing techniques A person from a wound care or nursing background would be preferred Must have a strong sales background in the medical arena The ability to analyse data and market information Proven motivational and project management skills Aptitude for time management and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines The person must be willing to travel and spend periods of time away from home French language skills would be a distinct advantage
Job Package	Salary dependent upon experience 10% of salary bonus potential per annum, based on achievement against objectives Group Profit Sharing Bonus (after 6 months probationary period) Company Car/cash allowance scheme - personal mileage recharged at cost Mobile Phone - pay for personal calls Life Assurance 4 x potential annual earnings Entry into Stakeholder Pension Scheme (5% employer/5% employee contributions) after 6 months probationary period Entry into Private Medical Healthcare Scheme after 6 months probationary period 25 days holiday per annum, plus 8 Statutory Bank Holidays
Job Comments	Senior Brand Manager Territory: Head Office - East Midlands Products: Full Woundcare Range Role: To ensure achievement of the strategic goals of the business through management of the key elements of the marketing mix and commercialisation of the marketing plan To act as the UK representative on the Corporate Innovation Team Responsibilities To manage the key elements of the marketing mix for the product portfolio To develop, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, the annual budget and the middle term plan for the bandage range of products To manage the promotional budget for the Medical product portfolio To implement the company strategy in terms of introduction of products into the marketplace To assist in the launch of new products
