Person Profile	Requirements: � Marketing background � Skills in market research, creative program development, messaging and branding, marketing intangibles � Background in the medical field and specifically dialysis would be an asset � Bachelor�s degree required; Masters degree preferred � 5 to 7 years progressive marketing experience with demonstrated record of success in driving and developing a therapy or marketing intangible. � Sales experience in a healthcare company is a plus. Background in strategic planning and business development helpful.

Filling this position is critical as the team invests to transform the business into a physician-driven, specialty therapeutics model and pursues its vision of becoming a $500M business.
