Person Profile	Ideally an Experienced Regjonal Business Manager. We are open to applications from candidates seeking their first role providing they meet the criteria below " Minimum four years experience of the Pharmaceutical industry " Demonstrable track record of strong GP sales success " Demonstrable sales successes in secondary care " Demonstrable success in producing results from PCOs " Marketing " Previous experience of people management preferable
Job Package	What Benefits are available for this role? Company car: We offer a flexible car policy; fully maintained company car or a cash allowance starting at �500.00 PCM Pension scheme: contributory up to 5% the company will contribute up to 10% Health insurance: The Company has a scheme to provide healthcare for all employees Life Assurance Scheme: Death benefit of 4 x annual salary Holidays: 25 days per annum, rising up to 28 days Permanent Health Insurance (PHI): After 2 Years Service employees who are ill over 13 weeks, subject to approval from insurers, will be paid 70% of monthly salary Lunch Allowance for Field Workers: �5.25 per day (except for where lunch is provided e.g. regional meeting) is claimed through expenses.
