Neuroscience Business Manager
TERRITORY : Beds Bucks Oxon
PRODUCTS : Exelon - used to treat Alzheimer's disease.
Alzheimer's disease is associated with low levels of a chemical called acetylcholine (ah see til KOH leen) in your brain. The exact way that Exelon works is unknown. However, it is believed that Exelon prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine in your brain.
CLIENTS: Hospitals - Psychiatrists
ROLE:
The position will also appeal to an existing Medical Rep with at least two years experience, who would like to move into a hospital specialist role giving the candidate the opportunity to develop the required skills.
The candidate will be required to continue to maximise business opportunities to key customers in secondary care for Exelon. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Seeking an experienced hospital representative / specialist
It would be useful to have a full knowledge of the local PCT / Hospital issues and have strong relationships with the key hospital physicians and influencers to be able to impact our business quickly with a seamless handover
Minimum requirements
* History of top sales performance within current role
* Proven success in key account management and the ability to prioritise accounts
* Ability to develop and implement a local business plan in line with brand objectives
* Understanding of the internal and external influences of driving product endorsement in secondary care
* Demonstrate Key Opinion Leader development
* Strong communication and collaborative skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the local account planning.
* Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be highly self-motivated
* Be a Performance Frontier salesperson
