Regional Sales Manager - SW / Midlands
(from Wolverhampton border to East Anglia. Taking in Oxford and Cambs, and covering South to Gloucester/Cheltenham etc)

Reports to : Sales Manager Team profile: 7 sales reps and 4 clinical applications personnel

PRODUCTS: Sonosite's hand carried compact ultrasound systems and tools

ROLE: Create primary market demand for Sonosite products via networking, cold-calling, persuasion
Promote, demonstrate and sell Sonosite hand carried ultrasound systems within the assigned territory
Follow-up sales leads
When necessary, attend Sonosite tradeshow, training and marketing activities

Job Package

Salary dep on experience
Non-contributory pension, Private healthcare . Excellent commission and Bonus structure, car or allowance £500 pcm + fuel benefits


Person Profile

Degree level education in business, healthcare administration or life sciences preferrerd
3 years experience in Medical Device / capital equipment sales
Proven track record
Experience selling to hospital clinical staff, physicians, department and hospital administration and materials management personnel
Must be able to travel 50% time
Some travel @ weekends required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
