TITLE: Territory Manager
TERRITORY: Leicestershire Co & Rutland, Northamptonshire Teaching, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes
PRODUCTS: Urology - Catheters and Drainage
CLIENTS: Primary Care - District Nurses, Continence Advisors, Some Urology Nurses, Prescription Advisors in PCT's and Nursing homes & Procurement
ROLE: Calling upon a well-established customer base, the role involves selling, and supporting, the range of Bard Medical products to a wide range of healthcare professionals in primary care.
The role will involve supporting a significant amount of current business whilst driving growth through competitor conversions and the conceptual selling of unique products from the huge potential remaining on this territory.
Key to our continued success is the teamwork with our acute colleagues and the further development of Prescription Xpress™. A well established product range will be complimented by planned product launches within the coming year.
The position will report into the Eastern Urology Sales Manager and offers a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to succeed within a division which has shown significant year on year growth and is a major contributor to Bard's Urology sales in Europe.

| Person Profile |
MUST be an experienced healthcare sales representative with a minimum of 1 years experience selling into PCT's and have formulary sucess.
Hardworking, positive, enthusiastic and demonstrate a successful record in medical sales which will include the implementation of new product lines.
Able to demonstrate the ability to drive for new business whilst maintaining excellent customer relations within established accounts.
Able to demonstrate effective territory and time management skills.
Able to demonstrate the ability to form lasting customer relationships across a broad section of healthcare professionals, and their management, and recognise their level of their influence as a decision maker.
Able to demonstrate / experience the ability to negotiate with all levels of NHS procurement including PCT's.
Be IT literate and able to demonstrate effective use of the web based business tools provided to ensure success.
