| Job Description |
TERRITORY: Bristol, North/South Somerset
PRODUCTS: Cipralex (SSRI Anti-depressant)
CLIENTS: GPs and Hospitals
(Lundbeck has no pure hospital representatives)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ethically create and develop the maximum sales of specified Lundbeck products from the
assigned territory, through coverage of important primary and secondary care customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exceed sales targets of promoted brands
• Optimum and effective coverage (by appropriate use of 1:1 calls and meetings) of selected
target customers on the territory to develop strong business relationships in Primary and
Secondary Care, to maximise Lundbeck sales growth.
• Service Community Pharmacy retail outlets on the territory; obtaining maximum co-operation
in the distribution of Lundbeck products and maximum information on the purchase of
Lundbeck competitive products.
• Write, implement and review an effective territory business plan to maximise the resources
(human + budgetary) in achievement of the territory sales objectives in line with Company,
Marketing, Business Unit and Regional expectations.
• Develop and maintain timely and effective internal and external communication at all levels
through an appropriate medium, contributing to the overall performance and effectiveness of
the team to maximise territorial/regional sales performance.
• Demonstrate and maintain efficient administrative processes inherent in the operation of any
sales territory, particularly excellent customer/customer interaction details on the company
customer database.
• Take a shared responsibility and ownership for continued education and acquisition of relevant
knowledge and skills in order to perform to the optimum level. |

| Interview Process |
Lundbeck have a 3 stage interview process which is outlined below
We conduct a telephone pre-screen which is held by one of the HR team. This is a 10 to
15mins call which will include some basic competency questions about the Applicants skills
and experience.
The Applicant will then attend a face-to-face interview with the line manager. This will be a full
competency interview focusing on 4 main areas (Applicants should allow at least 1 hour)
On satisfactory completion of the 1st stage interview the Applicant will be invited to attend an
Assessment centre at out head office in Milton Keynes. This is a full day and will cover the
following:
1. Online personality questioner (before attending the Assessment centre)
2. Competency based interview with an assessor
3. Role play exercise
4. Analysis Presentation
5. Verbal and Numerical test
How quickly will the decision be made:
Depending on how many Candidates attend the assessment centre Lundbeck hope to have
feedback to the Agency within 4 working days |
