"An experienced Sales Manager in the clinical diagnostics industry who is familiar with the UK clinical diagnostics market, ideally with experience in selling products for the diagnosis of infectious disease.
"Someone with a verifiable record of managing and delivering business growth by the effective management of a professional sales team.
"The ability to look for innovative 'outside the box' approaches to achieving growth.
"An excellent communicator. Oral, written and formal presentations.
"A networker who has a substantial and evolving network of relevant (selling to the NHS) business contacts whom he can use to open doors and/or get advice as to how best successfully progress sales initiatives.
"Someone with confidence and experience of targeting the more senior members of our customer base not just the laboratory staff. For example - Senior Consultants, Finance and Managing Directors of Health Trusts.
