Person Profile	o Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a range of medical equipment and in particular knowledge of anaesthetic and ventilation devices. o 2 years relevant experience is required and an HNC or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering is preferred. o Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships.

Job Comments	Territory: 2 roles - North East London and Essex - Kent Products: Ventilation / Anaesthesia equip Field based bio-medical engineers. These positions are based within regions of the UK. Travel is required to hospitals within their region. o Performs scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs. o Performs warranty o Performs installation o Executes technical corrective actions o Feedback quality situation and issues from field to the Service management in his country o Tracks installed base accuracy & variances o Provides support to sales for replacement / special sales programs o Provides basic technical training after installation o Provides support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc. o Co-operates with sales engineer service / accessories for contract development and implementation o Optimises net-sales within his territory (geographical) in co-operation with sales engineers
