Performance- Track record for delivering results.
Leadership - Demonstrable skills to influence both external customers and primary care colleagues.
Strategic Thinking - Displays strong business /customer focus and knowledge of commercial trading environment.
Negotiation skills - negotiating experience preferred, but not essential. Ideally, at least 2 years experience with GSK selling promoted products in primary care across at least 3 therapy areas |

PERMANENT:
Basic salary negotiable.
Bonus scheme currently under review. - up to 18k per annum - based on sales versus target - a 100% sales would reap approx £5k per year

Clients Dispensing Doctors
Overall responsibility for creating, gaining agreement and implementing a Dispensing Doctor business plan for the primary care territory or territories above.
Responsible for personally account managing all of the dispensing doctor accounts in those primary care territories, to ensure optimum commercial / clinical activity at practice level with a specific focus on driving growth of promoted products profitably.
Lead delivery of clinical messages on primary care brands to relevant personnel within dispensing practices, following the commercial call, at every opportunity.
Manage accounts to minimise re-wholesaling/grey market.
Responsible for account discount budgets.
Achievement of planned customer activity and coverage.
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance against operating plan.
Ensuring capture and use of best practice. o Negotiation of commercial agreements and implementation of offerings as an alternative to discount.
Responsible for liaising with primary care teams to maximise ROI from dispensing doctor customers, through effective teamwork and co-ordination of clinical/commercial messages.
